Non slippery ceramic tiles for flooring & wall finishing up to the door height with ceramic tiles, white sanitary fitting & good quality C.P.fittings. Provision for heater connection in one bed room. EWC flesh shower with Mixer, wash basin.

Electrical

Concealed wiring using reputed brands. ISI copper cables, modular switches controlled by ELCB & ECB with independent usage measuring KSEB meters. Adequate light, plug points, telephone & cable TV plug points in living rooms and Generator back up for essential points

Painting

Putty finished with emulsion paint in bed and living rooms. Kitchen & toilets emulsion without putty, two coat exterior weather coat paint.

Water

Provision for 24/7 fresh water supply through pump and overhead tanks.
